Model 4280x100 horizontal double column & stepless regulation band saw issuitable for cutting metal and non-metal with big diameter and big sectionmaterial, also it is suitable for cutting section steel, sheet material, aluminum,mould material and so on.

Double stepless regulation: Sterpless linear speed and feeding speed of sawblade is adopted in this machine, so as enable to ensure the saw blade can berunning-in in different saw speed, thus prolong the life-span of the saw blade.

Double column: Stable double columns structures ensure the steadinessduring sawing and enhance the sawing quality, so as to prolong the life-span ofsaw blade.

Hydraulic clamping: Clamping devices locate at two sides of saw blade, thetwo sides clamping device ensure the sawtooth free of damaging by thesudden falling owing to cutting off the workpiece. Bundle cutting is alsoavailable by adding upper pressing device to ensure the cutting quality.
